The Proposal Coordinator’s main responsibility is to prepare sales proposals (e.g. Request for Proposal [RFP], Request for Information [RFI], etc.) by gathering and formatting relevant business information, validating proposal compliance, contributing to proposal templates, editing drafts, developing proposal schedules, scheduling proposal meetings, coordinating formal color reviews of proposal responses, and responsible for subcontractor data calls as needed. It is expected that this individual will have the capability of understanding Arctic IT’s offerings and will access the right internal resources to gather content as well as deliver excellent and accurate proposal frameworks.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work for this role is performed in a home office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities. Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat, organized, and professional when on video meetings. Occasional travel may be required.
