JOB SUMMARY: The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and building long-term relationships with prospects by utilizing best practices to perform outstanding pre-sales through calling efforts and CRM/Click Dimensions nurture campaigns.
This position serves a critical role in establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects through cold-calling, email communication, and follow up. It requires a significant amount of time researching prospect profiles and identifying key stakeholders, and an instant ability to build rapport with people over the phone.
This position requires close attention to detail to keep the CRM database updated with fields populated, create industry and departmental specific lists, and track key information to manage marketing data.
The candidate should have significant experience in CRM data management and Sales development to provide occasional training in presales processes in CRM. This position serves as a connection between marketing and sales, providing insight into valuable market data. In addition, there will be a responsibility for assisting with special projects as required and additional duties as assigned.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work for this role is performed in a home office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities. Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat, organized, and professional when on video meetings.
