• Take responsibility for your specific culinary station;
• Ensure the consistency and quality of all meals created;
• Contribute to daily fresh sheets;
• Contribute to the morale and well-being of the kitchen brigade;
• Assist the Sous Chef with ordering and receiving of ingredients.
• Minimum 1-2 year experience as a Line Cook in a first class culinary environment
• Excellent technical knowledge of contemporary cooking styles and ingredients;
• Interprovincial Journeyman’s Certificate would be considered an asset;
• Comfortable meeting the physical requirements of the position including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, and navigating stairs.
