Position: Terrace Restaurant Host/Hostess

• Act as first impression of Terrace Restaurant, welcoming guests to the restaurant, seating parties, and answering guest queries
• Maintain and organize guest reservations using Open Table System
• Ensure clear communication between Host Team and rest of Terrace Service and Kitchen teams
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when representing the winery on- or off-site
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a fast-paced, restaurant environment
• 2 years’ of hospitality-related customer service
• Open and flexible schedule for the duration of the season
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitive lifting of 30-50 lbs, being able to stand for extended periods of time, as well as navigate stairs
• Current Serving It Right Certification
