Description Excellent opportunity for an experienced LVN to work as "relief on call" at our beautiful senior living community in La Jolla. To effectively plan and implement nursing services to provide quality care that meets the needs of residents in our Clinic and Memory Care. Must be able to work flexible hours/shifts.
• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Current California Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license.
• Equivalent of 5 years experience providing nursing care with one year of supervisory skills geriatric acute, long-term or Home Care setting.

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and to demonstrate interpersonal, time-management, and organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and privacy
• Willingness and ability to interact professionally with all customers, including older adults and co-workers, individually and as a part of a team
• Ability to effectively handle multiple items / tasks as required and adapt favorably to changing priorities
• Ability to effectively prioritize items / tasks as required
• Willingness and ability to effectively respond to emergency and/or crisis situations
• Willingness and ability to work with ill, aged, and disabled persons
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction in English

• Per authorization and approval, position may be required to drive on company business and shall meet the requirements of the Business Auto Safety Program policy (HR-123)
